Birthday orders must be received at least 3 days prior to game date and are based on availability. Tickets not mailed will be available for pickup at the Gladiators Front Office in advance of the game date or will be held for pickup at The Arena Box Office Will Call 90 Minutes prior to game start. Tickets and gift bags are non-refundable after purchase. Birthday Child's picture must be received no later than 48 hours from the game date.
